HOT SUMMER NIGHTS - Party in the Park this Friday, July 20

This Friday there is fun for the entire family, romantic Latin Jazz and date night dancing.... It starts with Jimmy King Jamba at the Town Square Park and Civic Center from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. King is best known in Temecula as the leader of Aunt Kizzy'z Boyz. This is another of his fine blues bands, family friendly and musically sound.

Look for the red, white and blue giant party jump at the park - it's an obstacle course for the family.

Then, take a walk to Baily's Courtyard to enjoy the sounds of Nitro Express - the country band that is much, much more. They opened the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival's Country Friday this year, and are known for their versatility, virtuoso musicianship, and strong beat. With four strong singers, Nitro Express offers everything from Classic Rock to Surf Music, Bluegrass to Motown:  This band has influences from Bakersfield to Chicago, Liverpool to Texas - Nitro Express is hands down the finest Country-Rock band in Southern California. They have been playing consistently in San Diego and all over Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada for over 10 years and have gained a huge reputation for their incredible sound, versatility, and being the hardest working band in the area.

Then there is Abrakadabra - at the Tesoro Winery Parking lot. Well-known in the South Bay area for driving propulsive Latin Jazz, Abrakadabra brings a library of 50+ original compositions, as well as pop rhythm and music magic. Check it out and give them a Temecula welcome. http://youtu.be/1qgk3XNqB0

For some high energy rock, check out the Filthy Beggars near Rosa's Cantina... high energy, danceable.
